My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Livermore/Pleasanton real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. 

I have spent 14 years in Sales and Marketing, providing top notch customer service. My work ethic and friendly personality is balanced by professionalism that has been developed over my 14 years in corporate business. I am actively involved in the Real Estate community and various professional organizations. I am dedicated to providing quality service and strive to exceed all clients expectations with honesty and enthusiasm.
 
I spent the first year in Real Estate focusing on Education, and was able to earn my Notary Commission, Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This year I earned my Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and I also have earned my e-PRO designation.  I am a great listener and will work hard to help you find your dream home or sell your current home.
 
I have become an area expert through my participation in the Livermore Leadership Program, graduating Class of 2006; and the Pleasanton Leadership Program, graduating Class of 2007.
